the Ai decision engine can decide which vendor on your team to send to fix a given problem based on the vendors role, like 'general maintenance' or whatever, but having the 'how to use this vendor' really helps out the decision making process. It also makes it really nuanced, like you if you have two 'general maintenance' guys. One does work on the outside of the house, like fence repair, and only charges $40hr. You have another 'general maintenance' and he does all the work on the inside of house, but is more expensive. You just put info right in the 'how to use this vendor' field and then the engine will act just like you and send the right guy depending on the give job/issue description
